Clarity combines coaching, meditation and direct experience. The programme was developed by Sigrid Hauer based on the principles of the ClarityProcess© by Jeru Kabbal. As an entrepreneur, coach and long-standing project manager, she knows all too well those days when appointments, responsibilities and thoughts all come knocking at the door at once. With Clarity, entrepreneurs, managers and employees learn to recognise stress earlier, find inner calm and act with clarity even under pressure.

A full diary rarely clears itself. That is why Clarity focuses on practical exercises that can be applied to everyday working life. Participants discover how to release inner pressure, use their energy more consciously and react more calmly in challenging situations. After many years spent travelling for work, Sigrid Hauer has returned to Lake Constance. Here, she has developed Clarity for individuals and organisations facing change or feeling stuck in a rut. She guides them in clearing the inner fog, rediscovering their own direction and taking the next step with greater clarity.
