Swimming with heart, mind and inclusion
Water symbolises a zest for life, safety and freedom. These are precisely the values I convey in the courses I run in the Lake Constance region, where four countries meet. My courses are open to everyone – regardless of age, previous experience or individual circumstances.
A particular focus of my work is on inclusive swimming lessons, especially for children and young people with disabilities. With plenty of patience, personalised support and a safe, nurturing atmosphere, I create a space where fears are overcome and the joy of movement takes centre stage.
Whether it’s taking those very first strokes in the water, gaining confidence in the water or refining the correct technique: thanks to my in-depth sporting expertise and targeted specialist training in the field of inclusion, I guarantee professional, safe and, above all, respectful lessons.
I am committed to high quality, social responsibility and genuine participation in and around the water.
