We implement complex electronics projects for aerospace, defence, medicine and industry. With modern machinery, ISO 6 clean room, state-of-the-art intralogistics with vertical storage lifts. In our own ultra-modern company building with an excellent ecological balance, over 5,500 m² of office and production space, 100% coverage of process cooling via geothermal heat pumps and electricity from renewable energy sources and our own photovoltaic system. With 180 employees, we achieve a total output of approximately £32.7 million (2024). Expertise for over 45 years, founded in 1978, managed by the second generation since 2016. Certified E²MS expertise – development, PCB layout and manufacturing for high-tech industries

Development: We are very familiar with the high requirements in the aerospace and defence sectors. We have extensive experience in the development and manufacture of technically complex electronic assemblies, systems and mechanical solutions. We guarantee precision and seamless project management, and meet the high standards required for documentation, verification and qualification – from requirements analysis to test concepts and market approval, right through to series production.

PCB layout: When designing printed circuit boards of any degree of complexity, we use state-of-the-art tools, design in accordance with IPC and ECSS guidelines, work with all market-relevant layout systems and ensure optimum data compatibility. We also maximise the performance of the designs with the aid of simulations (SI, PI, TI). Our motivated team professionally solves the most demanding challenges in the areas of fast digital technology, HDI, high power and 3D integration.

Manufacturing: We reliably manufacture electronic assemblies, devices and systems for the most demanding requirements and extreme operating conditions – prototypes and series. Manufacturing is carried out using certified processes, taking into account specific requirements and under optimal conditions: by qualified, continuously trained specialist staff, using modern machinery, in a clean, ESD-protected and climate-controlled environment, ISO 6 clean room, on over 3,000 m² of pure production space. All available testing methods are established and can be used as required for each project. We attach great importance to economical material logistics and optimal resource planning for efficient and cost-optimised manufacturing solutions and successful product realisation.
