Vierte Orte is a specialist service provider and project developer for modern working and living environments in the Lake Constance region. We support local authorities and businesses in transforming vacant properties into vibrant hubs for New Work. Our focus is on strengthening regional value creation and improving the local quality of life through co-working concepts and innovative meeting places. We see ourselves as bridge-builders between urban trends and regional identity.
Behind Vierte Orte is Gründerschiff Holding, which also owns a consultancy firm for the public sector (Kommune Zukunft, specialising in start-up and innovation ecosystems, inner-city development, conversion properties and sustainability in rural areas) as well as holdings in a media agency, a restaurant and a large property management company.
