The park is supplied exclusively with renewable energies, surface agrothermy and solar collectors. With BLURADO, the city administration of Radolfzell sets new standards.
The advantage for the entrepreneurs: With this innovative approach, the companies can dispense with fossil fuels and at the same time do not have to worry about heat, cold and electricity supply. They connect to the most economical and efficient system currently available based on renewable energies and are part of a lighthouse project that is unique in Germany. The technology is completely CO2-neutral and therefore a new settlement in this area is equivalent to a forward-looking investment in the infrastructure of the future. Furthermore, the settlement is an effective contribution to sustainability marketing, especially in external communication and as an integration requirement of ecological target dimensions. The new industrial park has a total area of 4.2 hectares. Entrepreneurs have a free choice when allocating the plots of land; parcelling out is not predetermined. A utility value analysis with a point system was developed specifically for this purpose, which makes it possible to allocate the plots efficiently and objectively.
