The business park is located directly at the customs facility Bietingen / Thayngen (CH) and has a direct motorway connection to the A 81. A total of 39,000 m² of space is available. Space is offered for commercial buildings with a minimum size of 1,000 m². Companies with an area requirement of less than 1,000 m² hall space can purchase individual business units from 160 m² in two planned buildings. Fiber optic cable is available throughout the area, with the possibility of 24/7 production.
